on Compliance with Environmental Control Measures Honduras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Environmental Control Measures Compliance Reports (ICMA) are necessary for the registration of environmental control and monitoring actions of\u00a0\u00a0projects\u00a0\u00a0with an Environmental License in Honduras.\u00a0The reports are required throughout the life of the project, including its\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0construction, operation\u00a0\u00a0and closure stages,\u00a0\u00a0which\u00a0have\u00a0an Environmental License\u00a0.\u00a0This requirement is applicable when so provided\u00a0by\u00a0\u00a0MIAMBIENTE or\u00a0\u00a0any\u00a0Honduran\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0authority\u00a0\u00a0with environmental competence\u00a0.\u00a0\u00a0The ICMA\u00a0\u00a0serves as a periodic monitoring report\u00a0\u00a0on control measures\u00a0\u00a0established in the environmental instrument presented before MIAMBIENTE\u00a0called\u00a0\u00a0&#8221;\u00a0Manual of Evaluation\u00a0\u00a0and Environmental Control&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICMAs\u00a0are\u00a0intended\u00a0\u00a0to\u00a0\u00a0document\u00a0compliance\u00a0\u00a0with the\u00a0mitigation\u00a0\u00a0measures\u00a0assumed by the developer of a project with an Environmental License in\u00a0its different stages and activities\u00a0.\u00a0The ICMA\u00a0\u00a0allows\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0project operators\u00a0to\u00a0\u00a0monitor their actions\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0document their duties\u00a0,\u00a0\u00a0in order to\u00a0\u00a0ensure adequate environmental management\u00a0.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Reports of Compliance with Environmental Control Measures\u00a0 must be prepared by a professional registered in the Registry of\u00a0Environmental\u00a0Services Provider of\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0Secretary of Natural Resources and Environment\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the preparation of the ICMA, the following must be considered:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carry out periodic inspections on the site in order to verify compliance with environmental measures.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep in contact with the personnel in charge of the execution of the project with the purpose of knowing the environmental measures and exchanging information to prevent, reduce or correct environmental impacts.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collection of data on environmental management.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take documentation and photographic record of the actions they perform.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Survey of spatial data in order to georeference the location.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f<\/span><span
