He has extensive experience advising companies in different industries on compliance with environmental regulations, regulatory risk management, and due diligence support in transactions where environmental, social, and governance factors are decisive for strategic decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has participated in highly relevant environmental litigation in Costa Rica, as well as in projects related to the conservation of natural resources, water management, and the transition towards sustainable production models.
