Likewise, she has developed strategies for the socialization of projects, particularly in the electric energy and infrastructure sectors. In the area of Energy & Infrastructure, she has experience in legal advisory within regulated sectors, including participation in both national and international bidding processes. She has been involved in structuring and negotiating power purchase agreements (PPA), as well as in defining legal strategies for the development, construction, and operation of projects.
