Luis Palacios
Luis actively assists leading companies operating in Costa Rica on matters related to natural resources and mining, litigation, permit management, and ESG issues. He is also an experienced environmental consultant and auditor in Carbon Neutral, ISO 14001:2015 Environment, FSSC 22000:2005 Food Safety standard, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety, and ISO 5001:2018 Energy.
Luis, who graduated from the Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela and the Universidad de Costa Rica, has a master’s degree in Environmental Law, Energy and Natural Resources from Lewis & Clark Law School.
He is a founding member of the Cámara de Empresarios Venezolano Costarricense (CEVENCO) and a member of the Environmental Law Commission of the Bar Association.
